Our continuous feed meat injector refills via tube feed as it delivers injection, via multi hole needle, deep into your meat, such as pork or brisket. Simply place the supplied tube of the injector assembly into a container holding the fluid for injection. The meat injector pumps a pre-determined volume of fluid into the meat every time the trigger is depressed. Inject the meat in a grid pattern and you will see the meat swell as it retains the injection in the main muscles.
How to Use a Continuous Feed meat Injector
You can use our OMG series of Deep Penetrating meat injections for pork or beef. Injecting a large piece of meat like a shoulder helps to retain fluid and produce a more moist end result. You can add a variety of flavours too with various fluids from apple juice, beer, rum for a different flavour. You can dissolve rub into the injected fluid to carry extra flavour. Our OMG injection series has phosphates to ensure maximum juiciness is retained during long cooks which can be 16hrs on a large pork shoulder.
